c. Public Availability
You understand and agree that Content and Media submitted for the player directory will be publicly viewable. Minority Prospects is not responsible for how third parties may use such Content or Media once published. You assume all risks associated with sharing your information.
d. Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release any claims against Minority Prospects relating to the use of your Content and Media, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation. You acknowledge that such use does not entitle you to compensation.
e. Removal
Minority Prospects reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any Content or Media at its sole discretion.
